Electromagnetic clutch is also called electromagnetic coupling. When the driving part does not stop rotating, the driven part can be combined or separated from it. It is an automatic electric appliance. Electromagnetic clutch can be used to control the starting, reverse, speed regulation and braking of machinery. It has the advantages of simple structure, fast action, low control energy and convenient remote control; Although the volume is small, it can transmit large torque; When used as braking control, it has the advantages of rapid and stable braking, so electromagnetic clutch is widely used in various machining machines and mechanical transmission systems.
The function of the electromagnetic clutch is to transfer the torque (or power) of the actuator from the driving shaft side to the driven shaft side. It is widely used in various mechanisms (such as transmission mechanism and various motor mechanisms in machine tools) to realize the functions of fast start, braking, forward and reverse rotation or speed regulation. Because the electromagnetic clutch is easy to realize remote control and is much easier to operate than other mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic clutches, it is an important component in the automatic control system.

Mounting Example:
Installation:
1. Doesn’t need to adjust before mounted.
2.The coaxial degree of input and output axles are allowed not to exceed 0,1mm when mounted.
3. The bottom seat should be fixed hardenly.
