CKN Sprag Type One Way Cam Bearing Conveyor
Production introduction
The CKN model is a wedge-type one-way clutch with bearing support and oil seal.
The end cover that transmits torque and the stop pin installed on it should be integrated with the hole on the wall of the working machine, and the matching clearance between the stop pin and the hole is 1% of the diameter of the stop pin.
The end cap is assembled, and the user can choose the direction of rotation.
This model is mainly suitable for anti-reverse functions, such as belt conveyors and bucket elevators
The CKN series is a freewheel incorporating a 62.. series bearing, self-centring, grease-lubricated and comes with water protection This model is equipped with a keyway on the inner race and should be fitted on k6 tolerance shafts. Seat fitting must be carried out with N6 keying tolerance. The series is built with a C5 clearance that turns into a normal clearance after keying. The races can be glued to the shaft and the seat. In this case, the clearance remains C5.
